Volunteer to Represent the Chamber

Chamber diplomats not only represent the Chamber at ribbon cuttings, networking and promotional events. Each Chamber diplomat represents a group of employees and owners of their own businesses. In that respect, a Chamber diplomat is an exponential representative of at least 5 – 10 people everyplace they go. They spend a great deal of time getting to know new business owners and refer those names and businesses to potential customers and clients. They attend Chamber events to meet and greet, to help with event details, and to help new people make the connections for success. As a volunteer group, Chamber diplomats are organized and self-regulating. Each year a Chamber Diplomat is selected as “Diplomat of the Year” and awarded at the Chamber Annual Meeting in the fall.
