The Chamber offers programs that are designed to develop and educate emering leaders in Northwest Arkansas. Through these programs, we are able to help not only individuals, but businesses and the community at large. These programs are essentially a "backstage pass" to see the various community assets that make the City of Fayetteville thrive.
LEADERSHIP FAYETTEVILLE

WHAT IS LEADERSHIP FAYETTEVILLE?
The mission of the Leadership Fayetteville program is to produce a continuous stream of concerned, motivated, and educated individuals of diverse talents and interests eager to pursue and assume leadership roles and volunteer opportunities within the Fayetteville community.
This ten-month program (meets once per month from August - May) gives participants the opportunity to explore Fayetteville as they develop and enhance their leadership skills.

HOW DO YOU APPLY?
Any member of the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce is eligible to apply for the Leadership program. A formal application must be completed and returned to the Fayetteville Chamber office.

LEADERSHIP LINK ALUMNI PROGRAM

The Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce is excited about this program that brings together the past graduates of the Leadership Fayetteville program. This is an exclusive network of regional leaders over 500 strong. The goal of the Leadership Link committee, who oversees the Leadership Fayetteville program, is for all of the graduates to continue to grow personally and professionally through networking opportunities, volunteerism and educational programs.
TEEN LEADERSHIP

WHAT IS TEEN LEADERSHIP "X"PERIENCE?
The mission of the Teen Leadership "X"Perience program is to provide a program which will educate participants on community issues and the processes of decision making, planning and teamwork.
This eight-month program (meets once per month from September - April) is offered to Juniors in high school. The class will work on individual and group community projects throughout the year. The Teen Leadership "X"Perience program began in 1999 with the first class graduating in 2000, boasting over 200 graduates since its inception.
