Board of Director Nominees

RE: Election of Board of Directors
As per the Bylaws of the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, a nominating committee of seven members was selected which includes: Cathy Foraker, David Russell, Tony Uth, Mary Beth Brooks, Larry Bittle, Nancy Hairston and Phil Jones.
The nominating committee respectfully submits the following single slate of nominees to the Board of Directors to serve a three-year term starting December 1, 2008.
Jeff Borgsmiller - CDI Contractors
Courtney Madden - Garrison Financial
Jack Murders - Marshalltown Company
Karen Boston - Sam M. Walton College of Business
Howard Hamilton - Liberty Bank of Arkansas
As per the Bylaws, additional members can be nominated by petition bearing the genuine signatures of at least 10 qualified members of the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. Such petition shall be filed and forwarded to the nominating committee within 10 days of this slate notification. If no petition is filed, the nominated slate shall be declared elected by the Board of Directors.
