Event Description: Vital Learning Leadership Academy Performance Solutions and SynergyTech have partnered to bring you this three part instructor-led certificate series providing participants with the opportunity to update and enhance their skills for the team leader or in the manager role. This course provides the basis for understanding what leadership is and what leaders do to be successful.
